Last weekend was the Curvy Convention, a new plus size event. The event itself was very well put together and the catwalks were flawless but it didn't really have enough to keep you there until 9pm, we all left around 3 to get some lunch and head to Simply Be for a trying on session. But i would attend the event again (it is already confirmed for next year) but more because i just love spending time with the girls.
I can not thank Simply Be and Chloe enough, we had such fun during our trying on session, they really went out of their way to help us. We took over the entire downstairs of the store, they brought us rails of clothes down and we just got to try on loads of pretty dresses.
Onto what i wore, this dress is really special, i got so many compliments on it all day and the girls kept threatening to steal it while i was trying on clothes. Hell Bunny is fast becoming one of my favourite brands, the prints are always fun and cute and they now go up to a size 26 (some pieces have more stretch so might go bigger). They also photo all pieces with a plus size model, who actually is plus size, to help you see how it will look on your body. I am wearing a 3x, this is sadly one of the dresses without a lot of stretch.
