ASOS Curve review

This is just a quick post showing you my recent (rather large) ASOS order and detailing the fit. Please excuse the bad hair and lack of make up, i got woken up my the DPD man and had just had to try things on straight away.

Checkerboard peplum available here £15 Checkerboard Skirt available here £18 .Belt available here £4.
I love this look worn together this looks like a dress but is actually a skirt and top meaning it can be worn 3 ways, great value and versatility. Both items are made from Jersey so i ordered a size 20 and found it to be a perfect fit, the top didn't stretch over my but and the length was perfect. The skirt hit just below my knee and is a proper pencil skirts, staying tight the whole way, just how i like them. I am keeping all 3 of these items.

Spot print jumpsuit available here £30.
I wanted to love this, so much, after seeing some other bloggers rock it i knew i had to try it but sadly it just isn't for me, the cut doesn't suit my body and i can't help but feel i am wearing my jammies. I got this in a 22 and the fit was good, also a really good length on my 5'4 frame, the legs taper in giving it a good look. Would be perfect for others.

Red Spot peplum available here £25.
I seen a picture of a girl wearing this on tumblr and it looked stunning, she just styled it perfectly, i had noticed it on ASOS  before but never really considered buying it, now i did. It is made from a stretch cotton blend so i sized up to a 22 and that was my mistake, this is just too big, especially on my waist, it was also baggy around my neck but i think if i sized down it wouldn't fit my bust :(

Flocked peplum available here £25.
After seeing the above peplum i decided to give this a go. It is made from a sheer mesh. I got a size 22 and as you can see it was huge on me. It looks a bit oversized in the pictures but i think to get the sort of fit i would want i would need to go down 2 sizes. But i love the sheer and the polka dots, just sooo pretty.

Step hem top available here £20
I don't have much to say, looked amazing on the website, looks shit on me. Just no. Clings to the wrong places and just isn't flattering. I think it is a cut that doesn't suit my hour glass shape. I got a size 22.

And the black pencil skirt i've been wearing in the picture is available here currently for £12.50. This is pretty much the same as the checkerboard skirt above, i got a size 20 which is a perfect fit, i can also wear it high wasited. I love how tight it is!

I hope you found this helpful!
