Depression, anxiety, a general decline in my mental health, family illness, heart break, hating my PhD, losing friends, feeling alone and isolated, making tough decisions.
On the other hand, i met some amazing people this year, i went to blogger meets, attended fit days, met the most fabulous bloggers who i admired and looked up too. My blog went from strength to strength. Plus North was a personal highlight. My confidence grew, i got closer to my family, i received continued support and motivation from people for my PhD. I made some amazing new friends in Meg and Bee, who i adore. I got to eat food in a hot tub!
I don't make resolutions as i don't believe in them but things i want to do in 2014 are to put myself out there more, grow my blog and tackle my mental health.
Happy New Year, i hope 2014 is amazing for you, but remember it is what you make of it.
