Day 30 of 30 days 30 dresses! We made it, i hope you haven't been bored to death. I am now off to style some skirts as i think i need a wee break from dresses. This is another dress that has done the rounds, it dropped to a great price in the sale so i couldn't resist, i originally got the 24 but needed to size down to the 22 as this is quite a generous cut dress. It is quite elegant with the style but still bold with the print and colour.

Day 29 of 30 days 30 dresses....nearly there. As the sun is shining i thought i would dress accordingly. My parents stopped in yesterday and we went to grab some food and this is what i wore. You have seen it on the blog before but i am wearing it differently. I need to get better at remixing my existing wardrobe. Hope you enjoyed the sunny weekend.

Highlands fling






Dress - Pink Clove

Day 28 of 30 days 30 dresses. So i am a bit late to the game regarding this dress. I've had it since it came out but i wasn't a huge fan of it, and to be honest, i'm still not. The line in the front of the skirt just doesn't seem to seem right on me and i don't think it really flatters me.

Pastel - This weeks challenge theme has been chosen by Hollie! Here is what she she said "Pastels are here for Spring & Summer but I'd love some inspiration from you lovely ladies. I am a few days late with this post and i am really sorry, i was waiting for the skirt and coat to arrive and i think it was worth the wait. I love this outfit. Nude heels would have been better but i don't have any. This skirt has caused quite the stir, it only goes up to a 20 but i would say a 22 could fit in it as i had some room. I have wanted a pink coat all year but never found one in my size, thanks to this being oversized it actually fits and looks fab! This to me is the perfect spring outfit.

I'm kind of a big deal on my blog




Top - Next 

Day 27 of 30 days 30 dresses. Due to still being unwell today was a lazy day, i wallowed in a bit of self pity and thought about heading back to my parents (for some reason i just more comfortable there). I had a doctors appointment, where it was confirmed i have a kidney infection. Now i'm curled up in my oneise watching a film. I was in Next returning some lovely shoes when i saw this, it had done the round on twitter and i just couldn't help myself from picking it up, i will wear it mostly as a lounge about t shirt.

Confessions of a beauty addict: blushers


I love blushers as i think the above picture demonstrates. I don't know if i'm proud or horrified by my collection. I like the way blush adds colour to your face and for me it really helps define my face. I have what i call hamster cheeks, it looks like i am storing food in them, they are chubby, always have been, even when i was a child. So i have a lot of area to work with. Blushers helps add some colour to my really pale face and over the last year i have started to get more bold in my colour choices. Before i would need wear brighter colours, now i love them, but i know they need to be used in moderation. My preferred formula is powder, i find cream blushes a bit harder to work with, but can give an amazing finish if you put the effort it. You will also notice i seem to have a preferred brand, Nars, to be they are the kings of blusher, the colours are amazing, such great pigmentation.

Are there any blushers you would like a closer look at it?

Day 26 of 30 days 30 dresses.These photos aren't great, the light has really been against me recently. As recent ASOS curve purchase, i really liked the body con versions of these dresses but body con isn't really my friend so when a skater dress version arrived i was over the moon. I think the coloura and the patterns make it quite striking. I added a crop top with sleeves under as i don't like teaching with my underarms on show and this meant i didn't need to wear a cardigan if i didn't want to.

Super Fatty






t shirt dress - Primark

Day 25 of 30 days 30 dresses. I know, i know, i have been a bad blogger i didn't post a dress yesterday, i had a kidney infection and after a day of teaching i came home, dozed and went to bed. You will still be getting 30 dresses though. I picked this up on my trip to Basingstoke. It has superheros on it, how could i not love it. It it really easy to just throw on and is comfortable.
