Dress - Simply Be
In a gorgeous electric blue, it is a welcome change from the LBD. It's a prom dress design with modern twist. The grid design is quite eye catching. The netted underskirt gives a nice shape and it is a little shorter than the overlay, part of that modern twist. I am wearing a size 20 and it is a little snug in the boob area but if i sized up it would be too big on my waist.
