Fat Work Wear Style Round Up: February 2018

February was a busy month - I travelled to Vienna for our big sales kick off meeting, but added on a few days to explore with Tan. I had afternoon tea, London Edge and there was also a snow storm to contend with. See how i dressed for all this is February's wardrobe round up.

Lady V London Purple Floral Dress 

Hepburn style dresses will always be my go to dress when i'm unsure what to wear - i had just come back from week in Vienna (the second half for work) and was beyond exhausted. 

This dress is no longer available, but other Hepburns are - i wear a 22/24. 

I recently tried a new Hepburn and the sizing felt slightly off to me and i think they've changed the cut slightly - resulting in me returning the dress 

Pin Up Girl Clothing Hufflepuff skirt and Collectif Fatima Jumper 

"You might belong in Hufflepuff Where they are just and loyal Those patient Hufflepuffs are true And unafraid of toil." 

I am wearing the Long Jun Skirt in Yellow House Harlequin in a 4x (this also comes in the little Jun, which is two inches shorter) and Collectif jumper in a 22.

Hell Bunny Harlequin Skirt 

Wearing new season Hell Bunny Harlequin rose print skirt in 4x (the skirt has box pleats, but they actually look really good) and peek a boo top from Pink Clove in a size 20 (it is stretchy).

Hell Bunny skirts in the last year have got slightly more generous and now fit me comfortably. 

City Chic lace up dress 

 After the softness and sweetness of yesterday's outfit (my Valentines dress) I wanted something harder with more edge.

Pin up Girl Jenny Skirt in Dancing Matador Print

I love this female matador skirt, the colours are so vibrant and there are so many option to pull out for future looks.  I am wearing a 4x. 

Hell Bunny Hermeline skirt 

 Rejoice! The snow had gone. I still love this animal print skirt.

This skirt is out of stock in plus size everywhere i looked. It s also an older style that isn't as generous a 4x as the newer skirts are.

Pin Up Girl Clothing Birdie Dress in White and Red Floral

I wore this dress from Afternoon tea at the Forbury Hotel. It just is so beautiful and Birdie is one of my favourite styles of dress, so effortlessly elegant. I am wearing a 4x. 

This dress is no longer available, but this print is available in the Evelyn style and is on sale, i wear a 4x in Evelyn's.

Pin Up Girl Clothing Cherie Dress in Red, Pink, & White

I felt like a super adorable valentine's love bug in this outfit.  This dress is inspired by color-blocked dresses from the 50s.

I am wearing a 4x, i could have possibly sized down to the 3x. This dress is no longer on the site. 

Lindy Bop Polka dot dress  

The cold weather can leave be feeling pretty uninspired by my wardrobe.  I can't wait until it is warm enough to go bare legged.

 Wearing Beth Ditto today. I love the shape and tear drop print on this dress.

Boohoo Floral Embroidered Skirt 

 This skirt is proof that size labels sometimes mean nothing - i am wearing a size 16, but because of the stretch waistband i can get it on my size 22/24 body.

Collectif Cherry Print Dolores Dress

This dress isn't available, but the Dolores comes in lots of other prints. I wear a 22.

Lady V London Blue Roses dress 

Today's outfit was all about keeping warm with lots of layers. You can still be stylish while being practical.

Hepburn's are perfect for layering, adding a t shirt underneath.
